Do you ship worldwide?
We do not ship outside of Canada and the US at this time.

How much does shipping cost?
For small parcels, we offer free delivery on orders over $150 CAD / $120 USD or a $10 CAD flat rate on each delivery.
For oversized items/furniture, we offer free delivery in the Toronto area; for other areas, we charge a $45 CAD flat rate on each delivery*.

What are your shipping and processing times?
Processing time: Orders take 1-3 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Shipping time: 1- 2 business days for Ontario customers, 3- 8 business days for the US and other provinces within Canada.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number.

Unexpected delays?
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays, such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
